I’ll respond to your message (phone, email, text, WhatsApp) no more than 24 hours after you’ve sent it. We’ll arrange a free initial consultation, which is a chance for you to share something of your story, ask questions, and for us both to  see whether we’ll be a good fit for this journey together.

All your appointments can be in person, or online, or a combination of these.

Appointments are weekly to begin with.
Fortnightly appointments may be possible later on.
The length of your therapy depends on you.
We’ll work as deeply and as quickly as you’re able to do.

It’s usually possible to get an appointment within a couple of days
and certainly within a week.
