Shamanic Healing in Scotland & Online
Tending Wounds Caused by Major Loss
ONLINE AND IN-PERSON • FIFE • EDINBURGH • SCOTLAND
WHAT IS SHAMANIC HEALING?
Sometimes words fail us. Even talking therapy doesn’t always heal the broken parts of us.
Shamanic Healing is all-encompassing, restoring balance to our inner and outer lives, to our body, mind, and spirit.
In your grief, when everything may feel completely out of shape and balance, Shamanic Healing can bring profound ease to your overwrought nervous system.
It can also restore balance to your emotions, especially when they feel overwhelming.
In and through Shamanic Healing, we can feel connected to wider consciousness. We’re reminded that we’re not alone and that wise, spiritual help is available to us when it feels that our heart and our life are broken into pieces.
' Shamanic Healing is about restoring balance of body, mind and Spirit '
ELEMENTS OF SHAMANIC HEALING SESSION
Shamanic Healing is always specific to your needs. It can involve several different approaches:
- Drumming & Chanting
- Soul Retrieval
- Journeying to different ‘worlds’ or dimensions to seek healing, guidance, and information.
- Removing energetic blocks
- Healing energetic wounds
- Rituals honouring the Four Directions
- Ancestral Healing
EXPERIENCE
I may use my hands, Drum and Rattle. I may be given messages from Guides, Ancestors and Allies specifically for you. You may hear me talk aloud, chant and sing.
When the Shamanic Healing is complete, I’ll share with you what I’ve done, seen and heard, passing on any messages of wisdom and guidance to you. We’ll spend time reflecting on the healing and how you’re feeling.
GRIEF THERAPY & SHAMANIC HEALING
You can choose to engage in Grief Therapy by itself, or in combination with Shamanic Healing.
Whichever pattern of these resources is right for you, I’m committed to enabling your therapy with me to be profoundly enriching in every way, helping you to shed burdens and travel with a lighter step.
Your dreams, your spiritual life, and any paranormal experiences you may have had in relation to your experience of loss and grief will be taken seriously.
